With our full-time tenured team of warehouse, analyst, and marketing experts, we handle all facets of your eCommerce fulfillment so that you can focus on your business goals knowing that your inventory is secure, managed, and getting to your customers on time.

Our 22,000 sq ft warehouse is alarm secured, sprinkler equipped, insured, and video monitored inside and outside. Conveniently located in a shipping hub between interstate 70 and 81, three miles from a major FedEx center, we facilitate daily pick-ups Monday thru Friday from all major shipping providers.

Order Handling

Secure and organized warehousing for all of your products, with daily operations and shipping of orders according to your requirements. Our proprietary software analyzes optimum shipping rates as we ship, so you’re always paying the best price shipping nationwide and internationally.

Inventory Management

Handling your manufacturer deliveries and day-to-day inventory to provide you with accurate inventory tracking and visibility, so that you, and your customers, know exactly what is available and when. Email support with our team is available Monday thru Friday to handle and questions or concerns.

Shipping Discounts

With our established high-volume shipping accounts with FedEx, USPS, and UPS, you will get to enjoy shipping discounts, including reductions/waivers on surcharges for bagged orders, oversized items, and more. Option to integrate your preexisting UPS or FedEx shipping account to our software.

Reporting & Analytics

We are able to provide reports and analytics of nearly any data needed to provide insight into your business goals. From inventory evaluation to shipping reports, our on-site experts are here to help you with your next move.

Return Services

In addition to handling outbound orders, we are able to fully accommodate your customers’ returns and exchanges per your store’s unique policies, balancing inventory as we go.

Easy Integration

We coordinate shopping carts like Shopify, Magento 2, and Miva Merchant into our fulfillment systems, we ensure that integration is hassle-free and quickly optimized to get your store live and running. We also are FBA capable, with an Amazon fulfillment center 3 miles away.

Pricing Outlines

Integration

Shopping cart integration is a pass-through cost to our IT team and averages $1,000 depending on your current software setup.

Monthly Retainer

A set $400/month retainer guarantees warehousing space for your products and covers inventory insurance.

Pallet Cost

Warehousing costs are $15 per pallet/month (approx. 64 ft³). Costs can vary depending on product dimensions and storage needs.

Pick & Pack

Basic pick & pack for orders starts at $2/order, 25 cents/item. This pricing is for standard poly-bag shipped orders. Pricing can vary based on unique requirements.

Additional Labor Costs

Any labor outside of basic pick & pack is billed monthly at $40/hour. This includes services like receiving freight, product organization, special shipping requests, etc.

Expert logistics services are also available at an additional cost. These include reporting, optimization, IT support, etc.
